We have a newish cat 'Zelda' we had her spayed and then we were too sick to go back to the vets , so I had to remove the stitches myself ..jesus, small cats certainly are strong and fast..

I have banana trees. though they're not really trees. and there's no possible way I think I could ever get fruit out of them. but they'll grow almost 10 feet in the summer. then they have to be cut back. oh well.

I had one of these, but he's since died. I left him out in the cold a bit too long. I loved him. it has 2" thorns on the trunk. and they can hurt.

Probably the L.A. area. Perhaps north of the city. We're going scouting next year. It doesn't get really warm there like I like it to be. 90 degree days are few. And in Ventura, which is 40 miles north, the summertime high only averages in the low 70's, cleveland averages 80. but the wintertime low is only 45. it's a tradeoff. but no snow. thankfully.

you were going to move to S.D.. The L.A. area is not much more than a big suburb. S.D. has perfect weather. I just want warm sand and sunshine. I like sunshine. the sun is our friend. Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area seems nice, but there's no place to escape the heat. no mountains, nor do I have family down there. Pachypodium lamerei
