I like the nikon cameras. The coolpix 885 or 995 are sweet. I got the 995 and the images are amazing.

your camera gets discounted down to $299 at these places, bela, but there's a catch: you have to be a bit more diligent about making sure you're getting "A" stock, new stuff and with a full warranty.
