2002

Chewing Wax:
The Browns call was worse though.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:20:27 pm)

Heruka:
Yes. It was you buttfuck. It knocked us completely out of the running. Not that we would have went to the playoffs anyhow. The Patriots still had a chance, even if they would have lost yesterdays game.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:22:59 pm)

Queenie:
The christmas CD-Rom is coming together nicely!
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:23:40 pm)

Heruka:
They're showing birthing video on TLC. Gross. Bloody little lump.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:23:57 pm)

Queenie:
maybe this year we'll slap it up on a webpage so y'all can see the video clip from the school play.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:24:12 pm)

Heruka:
Btter yet, turn it into a real long gif image, then post it here.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:25:14 pm)

Queenie:
oh, is it A Baby's Story? I love that show. I like the first-time moms who go to the natural birth clinics because they don't think it will hurt that bad, then they end up going all Linda Blair, writhing and screaming and spinning their heads around. Man... I miss cable.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:25:27 pm)

Queenie:
I would love to weigh the lounge down with a big old gif, but then there wouldn't be any sound.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:25:55 pm)

Queenie:
Trading Spaces is one of my all time favorite shows.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:26:21 pm)

Heruka:
tap it here with RA.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:26:49 pm)

Chewing Wax:
What happened to your cable?
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:26:54 pm)

Queenie:
ken's still editing it.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:27:05 pm)

Queenie:
Cable was a luxury we gave up months ago to save money.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:27:23 pm)

Queenie:
Along with the car and the private school. We're basically down to rent and utilities now. Oh well. Middle class was fun.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:27:54 pm)

Heruka:
Way bavck in the early eighties, our family went almost a whole year eating nothing more than pancakes and potatoes. My father was out of work. '83 I think.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:28:33 pm)

Queenie:
'83 was a bad year, economy wise.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:28:49 pm)

Queenie:
Oregon is now number 1 for unemployment. Woo hoo! We're Number One!
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:29:03 pm)

Chewing Wax:
Come on. Eggs and spaghetti are practically free.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:29:24 pm)

Heruka:
middle-class is over-rated. everyone thinks you should suddenly give more. like middle-class people are responsible for the worlds shitty state.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:29:40 pm)

Queenie:
You can feed a family of five with a spaghetti dinner for under $5.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:29:53 pm)

Heruka:
nothing gives you maore nutrients for the buck than the potato.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:30:18 pm)

Chewing Wax:
That's not true.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:30:44 pm)

Queenie:
Middle class sucks because often you're in a position where you make too much money to benefit from state and federal aid, but yet you don't make enough to afford things like health care for a large family on your own. It's a crappy place to be.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:31:07 pm)

Heruka:
that's lower middle class.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:31:50 pm)

Queenie:
Like say you want to go back to school. You either have to afford to pay for it yourself, or be so fucking poor that you live in a box on the street to qualify for federal aid.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:32:02 pm)

Heruka:
have you considered relocating? I hear dc has lots of work.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:32:21 pm)

Queenie:
We have been considering relocating a lot lately. But when it came right down to it, I don't think we could really do it. Too much family and history here.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:32:57 pm)

Chewing Wax:
Tons of work in DC. It's a war time economy round there.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:33:08 pm)

Queenie:
We've been trying to think of a place that has a good music scene as well as good regular jobs. So far we've thought about Nashville and Austin. But I don't think I could actually live in Texas.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:33:55 pm)

Queenie:
My mom would kill me if I went back east. Besides, I've been to DC several times and it's nowhere I'd care to live.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:34:28 pm)

Heruka:
yeah. unless your black, fed aid is hard to get these days. A friend of mines kid was eloligable to a major ivy league university, but when the guy came over to their house, he actually said it was a mistake, he thought they were black. apparently the daughter didn't check the race thingy. and their name was Jackson.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:34:34 pm)

Queenie:
New England could be nice. Lots of snow.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:34:42 pm)

Queenie:
Canada seems nice too.
(Mon Dec 17, 2001 - 2:35:13 pm)
