bela:
Yeah, it counts for something.
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:21:21 pm)

Chewing Wax:
Something good?
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:23:27 pm)

Decoy:
Its hard to imply what she means.
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:24:05 pm)

Chewing Wax:
She's so honest she's confusing
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:24:49 pm)

Decoy:
Good point. I keep forgetting.
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:26:55 pm)

bela:
What? I was agreeing with you.
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:27:10 pm)

Decoy:
See.
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:27:51 pm)

theo:
Is NT4 and Workstation the same thing or two different things?
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:28:17 pm)

bela:
The Peanuts are on tv Thursday.
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:31:05 pm)

Chewing Wax:
Yes they are.
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:32:58 pm)

Decoy:
Theo, NT4 has two main flavors: Workstation and Server. They are two different versions with different pricing. Problem is, no gaming. They really are just for business use. XP is the best of both worlds but its new and expensive. And it has NT type security and the driver base of Win98 to provide game compatibility.

Chewing Wax:
The tweeter on one of my stereo speakers is blown. What should I do?
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:33:49 pm)

Decoy:
I just love that Peanuts Christmas special. Oh the nostalgia.
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:34:22 pm)

theo:
Geesh, wish there was some simple freeware I could just download.
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:34:45 pm)

Chewing Wax:
Remember them old AT's actually had keys.
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:35:17 pm)

Decoy:
Find out what happened to it, so it doesn't happen again if you get it fixed. Fix that problem first, then decide what to do.
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:35:29 pm)

Chewing Wax:
So you say to get the tweeter replaced eh? The speakers are 18 years old. I figure it just wore out.
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:36:16 pm)

Chewing Wax:
Could be blasting "Money for Nothing" as loud as it will go too many times.
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:36:44 pm)

Decoy:
Maybe the crossover, or a shorted wire. They are great speakers. Not as good as the Polk Audios, mind you, but I would keep them.
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:38:24 pm)

bela:
Just buy the fucking software and shut up about it.
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:38:38 pm)

Chewing Wax:
I love them. I couldn't figure out how to open the cabinet. I'll haul it into the Stereo Advantage for fixing.
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:39:14 pm)

Decoy:
Free? Heh. Remember, you get what you pay for; its so true.
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:39:18 pm)

bela:
You, buy another goddamn speaker and stop whinning about it. What, you think Decoy can solve all your problems.
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:39:20 pm)

Decoy:
Did you get them at the Stereo Shop?
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:39:42 pm)

Chewing Wax:
Shut up you. They don't make these speakers any more.
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:40:00 pm)

Chewing Wax:
Yeh.
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:40:15 pm)

bela:
Chump.
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:40:49 pm)

Decoy:
Stero Advantage owns Stereo shop. Did you save your reciept?
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:40:53 pm)

Decoy:
Actually, I don't think they warrantee the moving parts. Still, how much could it cost, less than replacement gor sure.
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:41:52 pm)

Chewing Wax:
Yeh. I have the receipt in the File marked "1984 Receipts". It should be under S for either speaker of "Stereo Shop".
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:42:02 pm)

Decoy:
There you go.
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:42:31 pm)

bela:
You're not serious.
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:42:55 pm)

Chewing Wax:
What do you think?
(Mon Dec 3, 2001 - 4:43:19 pm)
