Decoy, how can I make my pc secure from room mates or guests...I tried setting up a password with windows98, but I found that if the user doesn't know the password all he or she has to do is click CANCEL and boom they have access to my Desk Top and Start Menu. Do I need to get special SoftWare?

You can get a folder lock type utlity to safeguard certain data, but 98 isn't designed for security. What you did is to provide a login if they are attached to a network and or for desktop settings. If you really wan't to do it right, get NT4 Workstation or WindowsXP.
