My in-laws have underfloor heating in their barn conversion. It unnerves me a bit but i enjoy it because my extremities are always fucking freezing.

heated floors are a clever thing, even if installed by an idiot. a barn conversion seems like the right sort of place for that kind of system. i think we're behind our european cousins on the heated floor system trend. i gotta redo our master bath... that would be a fun addition but i have no idea what it might add to the final bill.
