Thanks for the good vibes, herr sping. South Carolina's lost was our gain, so the rainy leftovers might stagger north in a few days, but it will be a soggy shadow of its former self. We've had the wettest summer in living memory...it will only be more of the same. But Virginia got off easy. I hope the wax family is high and dry... Charlotte is in pretty good shape, I think.

that's good....we had a 15 minute hail drop here that I've never seen before ..sheets of pea size hail beat the hell out of the area.. and then the sun came blazing out and turned the whole thing into a puddle.
it came down like a hail power washer. but nothing is damaged

BC doesn't do hail? We get some good hailstorm action from time to time. It seeks out new cars and turns them into acne-scarred teenagers. Hopefully that's a onetime nuisance and not a sign of climate change unpleasantness.
