The KLF (as they were known) features Bill Drummond and another person who's name I can't remember and they have formed some sort of construction company. There is a rumour that they will be doing something to the m-dome in protest of it's potential crapness. The KLF's (once famous popsters) most notorious moment came when they set light to one million pounds in the name of art. They also presented a Turner prize winner with a prize for being so terrible! They threw a dead sheep outside the building where they held the Brits. You've got to love them!
